Uglies

Tally Youngblood is an Ugly. Her best friend Peris is a Pretty.
In this world there are Littlies, Uglies, and Pretties. Littlies are children under the age of 12. Uglies are children in between 12 and 16. And Pretties are anyone else. When Tally's friend Shay runs away to a strange place called the Smoke and leaves Tally a page of coded directions, Special Circumstances calls her into their office. They tell her that she cannot become Pretty until she finds and reports Shay and at first she listens. But when she gets to the Smoke, will she be able to betray her friends, and destroy the Smoke forever? This book is very good and I hope that you read it.
